100% of profits go to Capital Area Counseling, which has offered affordable, sliding-scale mental health care in Austin since 1980.

Sponsors cover the event costs, so ticket money goes to care, not overhead.

    Booth setup 6:00 to 6:45 PM. Event 7:00 to 11:00 PM. Packed up by 11:30 PM.

Marketing, not a donation

Sponsorships are marketing, not donations. For a tax-deductible gift, give to Capital Area Counseling directly and we'll recognize it the same way.

The 100-person cap

Booth staff count toward our 100-person cap, so we ask for 2 per booth.

Selling at your booth?

Bring your Texas sales tax permit (you collect tax on your own sales) and proof of liability insurance.

Making food or drinks on site?

We file the City of Austin temporary food permit for your booth ($62, added to your booth fee). Send your menu by Nov 6.
